Wishlist is provided by Tia Simmons, trading as Blxckroze ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the Wishlist app on Fanvue. By using Wishlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Wishlist is a tool for Fanvue creators and their fans. A creator posts the items she wants, with a link to the store that sells each item, a photo, and a price. Fans browse the public wishlist, buy an item through that store, and tell the app they bought it by entering their Fanvue handle. The creator tracks every buy on the bought board, confirms receipt, and sends the fan a free photo through Fanvue DM. An outfit buy earns a photo of the creator wearing it.
Wishlist costs $20 per month, billed through Fanvue. The subscription renews each month until you cancel it. You can cancel through your Fanvue subscription settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Wishlist never takes payment itself. When a fan buys an item, the purchase happens on the external store, under that store's own terms and prices. Wishlist does not sell the item, ship the item, or handle the payment. If there is a problem with a store purchase, a delivery, or a refund, that is between the buyer and the store. Your address is never entered into Wishlist. The store already has the creator's address on file, and the store ships the item.
The free photo is sent by the creator, through Fanvue DM, after the creator confirms the item arrived. Wishlist does not send the photo on its own, and it cannot make the creator send it. How long the photo takes depends on the creator. The bought board shows the status of each buy: bought, received, and photo sent, so nothing gets lost and no fan gets forgotten.
If you are a creator, keep your wishlist items accurate: real store links, honest prices, and photos you have the right to use. If you are a fan, enter your own Fanvue handle when you record a buy, so the creator knows who bought it. Do not use Wishlist for anything unlawful, and do not post content that infringes on someone else's rights, or that harasses, threatens, or deceives anyone.
Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to Wishlist or its database. Do not use the app to collect other people's personal information. Do not pretend to be someone else. We may suspend or remove access for anyone who misuses the app.
Wishlist is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will be available at all times. It may be down for maintenance or changed from time to time, including adding, changing, or removing features. We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim about Wishlist is limited to the amount you paid for Wishlist in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for purchases made on external stores, for deliveries, for photos sent by creators, or for any loss of data, profits, or business.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, where Blxckroze is based.
