Privacy Policy

Wishlist is provided by Tia Simmons, trading as Blxckroze ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information Wishlist collects, how it is used, and what rights you have. If you have questions, please see the Support page.

1. What we collect

Wishlist collects only what it needs to run:

• Wishlist items. When a creator adds an item, we store the title, the store link, the image link, the price text, and whether it is an outfit item.
• Fan handles. When a fan records a buy, we store the Fanvue handle the fan types in, so the creator knows who bought the item.
• Buy records. For each buy we store the item, the fan handle, the status (bought, received, or photo sent), and the date.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data needed to operate the service, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the app running.

2. What we do not collect

Wishlist does not collect payment card details. Purchases happen on external stores, not in this app. Wishlist does not collect home addresses. The store already has the creator's address on file, and the store ships the item. Wishlist does not collect your Fanvue password, and it does not read your Fanvue messages. The free photo is sent by the creator through Fanvue DM, outside this app.

3. How we use the information

We use the information only to run Wishlist: to show the creator's wishlist to fans, to record buys, and to show the creator the bought board so she can confirm receipt and track which fans have had their photo sent. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Who sees it

The creator sees the wishlist items she posted and the fan handles of people who bought her items. That is the point of the bought board. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the app, such as hosting and the database. We do not share it with anyone else, except if the law requires it.

5. Where it is stored

Wishlist data is stored in the app's database, hosted by our database provider. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the app.

6. How long we keep it

We keep wishlist items and buy records while the creator's subscription is active, and as long as needed to track photo delivery. If a creator closes her wishlist, she can ask us to delete her items and buy records by writing to Support.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to Support. If you are a fan and you want your handle removed from a buy record, write to Support with your Fanvue handle and the name of the item.

8. Children

Wishlist is for Fanvue creators and their fans. Fanvue requires its users to be 18 or older, and Wishlist is not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Continued use of Wishlist after a change means you accept the updated policy.
