When you write in, please include your Fanvue handle, what happened, and the name of the item if your question is about a buy. A screenshot helps if something looks wrong on screen.
That is normal. The creator marks the buy as received once the item arrives, then sends your free photo through Fanvue DM and marks the photo as sent. The board changes as she works through it.
The photo comes by Fanvue DM from the creator, not from this app. Wishlist never sends a photo on its own. Check your Fanvue DMs, and check the bought board to see whether the creator has marked your photo as sent.
The creator can fix the link from the owner dashboard by editing the item. If you are the creator, open the dashboard, edit the item, and paste in the correct store link.
Open the wishlist, find the item, enter your Fanvue handle, and confirm. The buy then appears on the creator's bought board.
Wishlist costs $20 per month, billed through Fanvue. Questions about billing go through Fanvue, since Fanvue handles the subscription.
No. You pay on the store's own site, and the store already has the creator's address on file. Wishlist never asks for your payment details or your address.
